Pregnant and breastfeeding women should refrain from teeth whitening unless approved by their doctor.

Will MySmile make my teeth sensitive?

MySmile is specially formulated so you encounter very little or ZERO sensitivity.

For those who have a history of tooth sensitivity, there might be minimal to ZERO sensitivity.

What type of Stains can MySmile whiten?

Coffee, Tea, Wine, other dark drinks, Food, Smoking.

Discoloration of teeth caused by dark intrinsic staining (staining inside the tooth) such as: staining caused by medication, trauma or internal bleeding in tooth, lesions or tooth decay or the rare condition, dentinogenesis imperfecta cannot be whitened by MySmile.

Which teeth should I whiten?

Generally, whitening is done on the smile line—the teeth seen when you smile. For most, its 6 teeth on top, 6 teeth on the bottom (canine to canine). For others, their smile is wider and whitening beyond the canine is ok too!

Can I whiten my teeth if I had some dental work done?

Dental work done on the smile line: veneers, crowns, bonding and bridges, cannot be whitened. Clients with braces should wait until after the whole treatment is finished and the braces removed.

How often can I use MySmile?

You can use MySmile 16 minutes a day for 14 days straight.

If you achieved the results before the 14 days, you can stop as soon as and retouch only as needed.

If you encounter sensitivity, take a break for 1-2 days and then continue.

How long until I see results?

Most clients see results in 3 days. We recommend you use it until you are satisfied and allow 14 days of consistent use. Results will vary from person to person depending on the degree of stains.

We highly recommend that you use your kit right after brushing your teeth before bed time. This will allow the formula to work by itself, uninterrupted while you sleep!

How long will my results last?

Depending on your diet: consumption of dark drinks and dark foods and depending on your smoking habits, results can last from 1-3 months. We highly recommend that you drink with a straw or have sips of water while drinking dark drinks to avoid the stain to latch on. Having good and consistent oral hygiene: brushing twice a day and flossing once a day is key! This will help lengthen your results.

After achieving the results you wanted, you can touch up once a week as needed.

For major touch ups, you can start using your kit 2 weeks before an event or a special occasion.

How long do the MySmile whitening gel last?

You can keep your whitening gel for 1 ½ years if you store it correctly.

After receiving your kit, remove the whitening gel pens in a box, put in a Ziploc bag and store in the refrigerator (only the fridge and not the freezer section).

You can use your gel straight from the fridge.

Storing in a cool dry place is ok too but can possibly decrease the expiry date to 1 year.

How do I use the MySmile Kit?

1. Floss, brush and rinse.

2. On your smile line (canine to canine), dry your teeth and gums. Paint about 1mm of the MySmile Whitening gel on your teeth.

*Do not paint on gums, exposed roots and lips

*If you accidentally paint on gums, exposed roots and lips, quickly wipe off.

3. Turn on your device (phone, tablet, battery pack), connect the LED light to your device and insert special teeth whitening tray into your mouth. Wait for 16 minutes!

*The LED light will automatically turn off by itself as a safety feature. If it turns off by itself before the 16 minutes, sometimes its due to your power source going on energy saving mode. Just turn back on and continue whitening.

4. Remove tray, rinse mouth with water. Also rinse special teeth whitening tray (only the tray portion) under running water and then pat dry before storing.

5. Your new smile awaits!

* If you encounter significant sensitivity, take out your tray, wipe off gel from teeth and rinse with water.

It's my first time to whiten my teeth. What do I expect?

It can feel a little fizzy in the mouth and that’s completely normal.

Seeing white lines right after whitening is normal. They even out in a few minutes.

If you accidentally paint on gums, there will be some white spots but it quickly goes away when you rinse with water.

The whitening gel will make others salivate more than usual. This is completely normal and swallowing a little of the gel is completely safe. If you have a lot of excess saliva, simply spit into the sink.

Is this safe?

MySmile is formulated with the mildest ingredients, US FDA approved and ADA approved. Our formula is vegan, kosher and proudly not tested on animals.

Clients who have allergy to peroxide should refrain from using this and should consult their dentist.

Our MySmile whitening light uses ultra-safe LED wavelengths that will not cause any harm.
